All of our lives are pretty stressful nowadays. It seems like time is speeding up with every passing day. Knowledge and information are growing exponentially and we are caught up in trying to figure out how to manage all that information. The pace of life is very fast. While all this is going on around us we are setting goals for ourselves that may or may not be realistic. When we miss one or more goals we put ourselves under tremendous pressure and that creates even more stress.
