Social anxiety disorder seriously effects millions of people throughout the world. This is not something at is isolated to a particular region of the world or to a particular people or even social class. Everyone is effected and it is no fun to have this disorder.
Here are several symptoms of social anxiety disorder than you can look out for in yourself and others that might have this illness.
1. Worry of social situations - These worries may hit you while you are at the function, but they can also show up in the days, weeks, or months before the get together. It doesn’t matter how far out it is or how close, but the fact that people are going to be there really bothers the person with social anxiety disorder.
2. Fear of being Watched or Judged - Everyone has concerns about how others are viewing them, but the person with a real case of social anxiety disorder takes it to another level and feels that people are really being critical of their every move. And this feeling really bothers them to a point where they are unable to interact in a solid capacity with others in a social setting.
3. Excessive Self-consciousness – The person with a sever case of social anxiety disorder feels inadequate in social situations. They feel like they are not good enough to be in the room or presence of the people at the function or event that has brought you together and it really doesn’t sit well with them. They are very self-conscious about their every move.
Those are just some of the symptoms of social anxiety disorder that a person as to deal with on a delay basis. This is a real illness and can hold the people back from success in their life and business.
