What is anxiety really? In its simplest form anxiety can be described as typically negative emotions. These emotions frequently consist of fear, worry, and other bone chilling emotions. When we feel anxious our body often gets directly involved. Our body will produce the chemicals necessary for our survival during these kinds of reactions. You may have heard of the flight or fight syndrome.
Have you ever thought you were the only one life happens to? Do you believe everyone else is blissfully happy all the time?
